1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Rain Bet ("Rain Bet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Rain Bet website located at rain-bet.vip, including all associated games, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

Rain Bet makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines. Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where such access is illegal is entirely at your own risk, and Rain Bet accepts no liability in such circumstances.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the Rain Bet Platform, including placing bets and making withdrawals, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to all Rain Bet accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Rain Bet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Rain Bet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Rain Bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify Rain Bet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team.
• KYC Verification: Rain Bet may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.

Rain Bet reserves the right to refuse account registration or suspend an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Rain Bet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Rain Bet reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Rain Bet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your Rain Bet account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed on the same business day, subject to Rain Bet's standard verification procedures. Rain Bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. Rain Bet may impose additional limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your name, is strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Rain Bet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Rain Bet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

Bonuses credited to your account are for entertainment purposes and do not constitute real money until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Rain Bet's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Rain Bet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Rain Bet Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Rain Bet staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Rain Bet account by any third party, including minors.

Rain Bet cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any suspected illegal activity on the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and Rain Bet reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation.

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Rain Bet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

12 Termination

• Provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.

Upon termination of your account, Rain Bet will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no fraud or breach of these Terms is suspected.

You may also close your Rain Bet account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Rain Bet and the Player agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

Rain Bet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit Rain Bet's obligations under applicable regulatory requirements.
